GENERAL INFORMATION 

Introduction

Communication is the most crucial element in implementing this Tenant Guide to procedures and emergency preparedness.  To ensure effective communication, we would like you to designate “tenant representative(s)” as the contact between your company and the Management Office staff.  You may choose to designate one representative for all scenarios or select different representatives for various conditions and circumstances.  The tenant representative(s) will be responsible for making requests or reporting problems as well as conveying important information from our office.  We suggest that all communication from your company to the Management Office be channeled through the appropriate tenant representative.  Note:  Your designated tenant representative should be authorized to incur expense on your behalf when services are requested.
