MOVING
General Information
All tenant moves into, out of, or within the building must be approved, scheduled, and coordinated with the Management Office. Tenant moves are limited to before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, available all day on Saturday and Sunday. Tenant(s) and their moving or delivery personnel will be responsible for any cleaning of debris or damages which may occur during the process.

2. Rental payments: Please make payable to Liberty Investments I LLC and mailed before the first of every month to avoid late fees and interest, to:

We would prefer to receive all rental payments via ACH. ACH Wiring instruction are available at request.
3. Certificate of Insurance: Under the provisions of your lease, you are required to maintain certain insurance coverage. Please review your Lease Agreement and contact your insurance agent. The certificate of insurance must name the Landlord and Management Company as the certificate holder and as an additional insured party.

4. Building Access After Hours: For your information, the building entrance doors will open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Please send an email to the Property Manager listing each person (First and last name) that needs after hour access to the building. The access control offers options for you and your staff.
Please make sure you list which option/s you have chosen for your suite.
Option 1: Five digit random access code-please provide number for each employee
(The five digit access code can not start with zero or be more than 60000)
Option 2 : Fob (New)
5. Suite Entrance Keys: Please provide the quantity needed prior to moving in to your suite
6. Suite & Directory Signage: Please send the Property Manager exactly how you would like your company name listed on the directory. With respect to the Suite entrance sign, you are welcome to use your logo when it relates to a glass suite entrance. Please provide the Landlord with a vector file (.eps). Vinyl graphics are covered by the Landlord for the first $200.00. It will be the responsibility of the Tenant to pay for anything over that amount. (Located in “Forms” Section)
