Power Failure

Report your outage to DTE Energy, https://outage.dteenergy.com.  

Step 1 – Identify the location.  

Our building address is:  50 or 100 W Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48084

Step 2 – Report the type of outage.  Power is out/Power is partially out/Lights are dim or bright/Lights aren’t working normally/Other...then, hit “Submit”

When the Property Manager is made aware of the power outage, these steps are taken with DTE Energy.  If you would like to be notified immediately, please follow the steps above.  Typically in this situation, we will email tenants with updated status.  However, please utilize DTE’s website for your primary information and status.

Though reduced, your floor and office would still have minimal lighting through the emergency lighting system. 

Fire/emergency exit signs would still be illuminated.  In the event of a power failure, please remain calm.  

Note:  If the power outage lasts more than 2 hours, the emergency lighting system would no longer be operating after a period of time.

Building management strongly suggests that each tenant keep at least one large flashlight in the office at all times to compliment the emergency lighting system.
