Ordering Keys and After-Hours Security Access Fobs/Codes
Keys: New Tenants receive two keys per lock set. You can purchase additional keys (at the Tenant’s expense) from the Property Manager. Requests for lock work should be made to the Property Manager as well. Alterations to locks can be made only by the Management staff. Please note, only the authorized Tenant representative on file with the Property Manager may order keys, security access fobs/codes or request lock changes. Tenants are responsible for all keys issued to them, and all keys must be returned should the Tenant vacate the building. Keys, cores and locksets remain the property of the building. Key duplication is prohibited.
Ordering Security Access Fobs/Codes for building entry: Additional after-hours security access fobs can be obtained by creating a work order. Please have the first and last names of the person(s) being assigned the fobs/access codes. Lost Security Access Fobs and Keys MUST be reported to the Management Office immediately. Security access fobs remain the property of the building and must be immediately returned upon an employee leaving your company.
