Indoor Air Quality, Lighting, and Window Cleaning

Indoor Air Quality

Thomas Duke Company Properties strive to provide a working environment that is safe and comfortable.  Fresh air, drawn from outside the building, is supplied in amounts exceeding recommended standards whenever the heating or cooling systems are operating.  The air is filtered using the latest in office building filter technology.

Lighting/Electrical

If you need light bulbs or ballasts installed, please have your Tenant Representative create a work order.  



Window Cleaning

The interior and exterior window surfaces are cleaned one time per year.  You will receive an email before the scheduled date of each interior cleaning to allow sufficient time for your staff to move personal items (i.e., books, papers, artifacts) from the window sill.  This enables the window cleaners easy access to the window surfaces to accomplish their tasks with minimum disruptions.  The window cleaners are not to handle or relocate items placed on or near window sills.
